Apple chutney pickle

Ingredients
- 1 Apple - chopped
- 8-10 Red Grapes - chopped
- 2 tablespoons Ginger - grated
- 1 tablespoon Pepper - ground
- 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
- 5 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Orange/Lemon zest
- Salt
Procedure
- Add the apple, grapes, zest, ginger and pepper to a pot with little water and let the mixture boil till the fruits are soft and mushy, and the mixture thickens.
- Add the lemon juice and vinegar to the mixture and boil for 5 more minutes.
