Blueberry Semolina porridge

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 1/2 cup course Wheat semolina
- 1/4 cup of dry fruits and nuts; e.g., raisins, apricots, dates, almonds, cashews, walnuts, peanuts, pecans
Procedure
- On a pan on medium flame, dry roast the semolina till it turns pink or light brown.
- Add water to soak the semolina and bring to a boil until the semolina absorbs all of it and swells up completely.
- Add the blueberries, dry fruits and nuts. Cover the pot and simmer for a few minutes just until the blue berries turn soft enough to be crushed with a spoon and mixed.
- [Optional] Top with some nuts in the end to garnish and for an added crunch.
