Peanut-Kale soup

Ingredients
- 1 Tomato - chopped
- 1 Bell pepper/Capsicum - chopped
- 1 Onion - chopped
- 2 stalks Celery - grated
- 2 cups Kale - chopped
- 4 spoons Peanut butter
- Salt
- Pepper
Procedure
- In a pan on medium heat, add the tomato, capsicum, and celery, sprinkled with salt, till they turn soft.
- Add chopped onions and cook for 5 mins.
- Add some water and mix the peanut butter thoroughly.
- Add the kale, and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
